The Federal Law S. 1258 prohibits the sale of Tobacco and Nicotine, and their related products to individuals under the age of 21.

In compliance with this Federal and other Local Laws, Vice City Shops and all our affiliated stores are committed to prevent illegal sales to minors involving a 21+ Age ID Verification process in every order at moment before delivery.


A $0.15 fee will be charged to cover the ID verification process.

If you don't have your physical ID, and extra $1 fee will be charged and given to our partner who will verify that you are over the legal age using other criterias.
