Refunds & Returns Policy

It's a great pleasure to have you as customer at Vice City CONNECT. We are always happy to help our Vicious Customers.
We strongly recommend to do your research before buying any product online. This will help ensure you are informed and truly do want the stuff you are ordering. If you are here however, it would suggest there is a problem. If you have an issue with returns or exchanges, you are in the right place.
THE POLICY
All merchandise sold in Vice City CONNECT is new and guaranteed against defects for 48 hours days after been delivered.
Sales Are Final due to the nature of our products, no returns, exchanges or refunds will be made on items that have been delivered or used in any way whatsoever, except by to the following conditions.

Damaged merchandise
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact our CONNECTED Support immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfulfillable Orders
Please verify your delivery address and instructions are correct. also make sure you or any other person with at least 21. Shipments are tracked and insured against lost if the address provided by the customer is valid. In the case that the provided address invalid or the receiver years does comply with our T21 Policy. A Restocking fee will be charged to the used payment method.
Cancelled Order
With exception of Gift eCards, orders cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Cancelled may be eligible for a refund or credits depending on order status. (e.g., whether the order has Picked Up from the store , whether a Delivery Partner has been assigned).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges will be processed within 72 hours after we receive back the merchandise, replacing it with the same merchandise only, unless the merchandise is out of stock, we may negotiate a good replacement that fits our customer needs.
Returns
In the case that we accept or request the return of merchandise, we will provide you with the returning address and detailed instructions for this process. Merchandise sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that merchandise must be returned meeting the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be in original, brand-new condition.
- Merchandise must be reported within 48 hours after delivered.
- Merchandise must be shipped back within 5 days after the customer has been notified.
- Customer is responsible to cover the all returning Shipping costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know within 72 hours weather the refund is approved or not. If approved, we’ll immediately issue the refund on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Vice City Shops Network, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange and/or may require more information to ultimately allow a return or exchange.
Returns, Exchanges and refunds apply to Hookahs Essentials, Glassware & Silicone Utilery, SnacksMart™ and Your must-have smoking accessories categories ONLY. In other words, memberships, sale items (Deals), gift cards and merchandise from any other products category not listed above are non refundable nor returnable for any reason.
Decisions to provide any refunds or credits are in Vice City Shops' sole discretion and are subject to the Vice City Shops Consumers Terms of Use & Conditions.

AGREEMENT
You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Vice City Shops Network arising from any product sold at Vicecityshops.com including our other partnering sales channels shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Vice City Shops Network , its directors, officers, partner or other associate be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any product sold.
