FULFILLMENT METHODS
Simply place an order online, choose a timeslot, and a partner will get your stuff.
When your order is ready, we'll send a "Ready for Pickup" notifications based in your preferences if you’ve chosen to pick up from your local store or your order can be brought right to your your hands.
We designed three fulfillment method according with our business category, market, distance convenience, pricing and services provided by our Fulfillment Partners.

- Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and Overseas Locations have added fulfillment fees when we ship to these locations. You can check the shipping fees for the item by adding it to the cart.
- • International orders are not supported vu Vice City CONNECT at this time.
Pickup Orders
Unfortunately City CONNECT cannot guarantee curbside pickup in every order, customers need to walk in to the store with its order confirmations and provide it to the store associated to pick up the order.
The Pickup
- Select I’m on my way.
- Once you’ve checked in, head to the store and park in one of the Curbside Pickup parking spots.
- When you arrive, select I’ve parked.
- Enter the spot number and color of the vehicle.
- An associate will bring your order to you.
- Use one of the Curbside Pickup parking spots.
- Call the phone number on the parking sign or in your confirmation email,
- An associate will bring your order to you.
Delayed or Canceled Pickup Orders
- Wait for the Ready for Pickup notification.
- Use our check-in option before you leave for the store and when you arrive.
- Call the store if you've received the notification and checked in before you arrived and are still experiencing a delay. You'll find the phone number in our app or when you arrive at the pickup location
- Select the HELP chat button for any other concerns about wait times.
Delivery Orders
Your address qualifies for Local delivery if your are at most 15 miles aways from on of our store. Otherwise you may choose between Shipping (if you are in United States) or Pickup. Visit our Store Locator our site or app, following these steps:

Select How do you want your stufff

Select Delivery. If delivery isn’t available, you’ll see one of two notifications: (i) Delivery isn’t available from your store. We can deliver your order from a nearby store. (ii) Delivery is not available for this address.

Choose a timeslot.

An sotore associate will gather your items and have them ready to be picked up.
When your order is ready, we'll send a Ready for Pickup email if you’ve chosen to pick up from your local store or your order can be delivered right to your door.
The Delivery
A local, third-party delivery partner will bring your order right to your door. After the driver picks up your order, you'll get a notification letting you know the driver is on their way. In some cases, the delivery can take up to two hours to get to you.
If you're satisfied with your delivery experience, you can leave feedback and add a tip for your driver.
Delayed or Canceled Delivery Orders
If there's a delay in your scheduled delivery, you may get a text message or push notification inviting you to reschedule your delivery order or change to a pickup order. You can reschedule your delivery order or choose a pickup time slot within the next 24 hours. If you pick up your order, we'll refund the delivery fees and tip.
Select the HELP chat button if you still don't have your order after your delivery window has passed.
Cancelled Delivery Orders
Before you request CONNECTED support for a delayed or cancel order, be sure to:

Call the store if you've received the notification and checked in before you arrived and are still experiencing a delay. You'll find the phone number in the Store Locator in our wbsite or app or when you arrive at the pickup location.
Shipping Orders
For non local purchases to be fulfilled within The United States we provide USWide Shipping method orders placed before 3PM on a business day will be shipped out the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the next business day. Once the order is labeled shipped, no change of address are allowed and will automatically be notified, and also provided with the currier details, tracking ID and the expectd delivery time.
Damages
All shipment are ensured agains damages during shipping, and lost.
If your merchandise is damaged, lost oe could not be delivered due to a issue at our or our fulfillment partner end, please contact Support our submit a report in our CONNECTED Support Hub inmediately, before late, to be elegible for a full refund as guidelined in our Returns & Refun Policy . Other Conditions may apply.
Unfulfillment
Ensure you or any other person with 21 years of age or older with ID handy could be present to receive and sing the receipt ot the package. If you need to make changes before the delivery regrding date, hours and receival presence, you can manage your delivery with the options provided by each currier in their websites not managed by Vice City CONNECT™ .Otherwise the order will be cancelled after after 3 delivery unsuccessful attempts, Vice City CONNECT™will charge a $6 restocking fee due to its return expenses..
