At Vice City Shops, we strive. to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent
service as well as being fair and transparent. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

General

Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 45 days of the original purchase
date for a full credit or product replacement. Returns between 45 and 120 days may be
considered on a case-by-case basis with a 10% restocking fee. Returns will not be
accepted after 120 days. Vice City Shops reserves the right to refuse approving an RMA
after 45 days.

Bulk Flower:

• Return Window: If you are not satisfied with the QC sample, the bulk flowers
  must be returned unopened and untampered within 7 days of receipt. Opened or
  tampered bulk flower bags are not eligible for return credit.
• Quality Control (QC) Samples: 1/8th oz mylar bags containing QC flower samples are provided for customer verification before opening bulk flower packaging.

Orders returns and refunds are accepted For Missing damaged items only, and upon support approval and based on the following conditions

• Missing items refund request are approved based on your previous requests and account eligibility.
• Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by their original packaging to qualify for a full credit or
  replacement.
• Vice City Shops will cover the cost for return shipping on eligible returns within 5 days from approval;
  passed this timeframe, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping

Return Requests Process

• Submit a return request for approval within 5 days after receiving your order Providing the required information is received
• Contact your sales representative, customer service, or begin the process online
  to initiate a return.
• Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping label valid for 5 days and corresponding instructions via email.
• Ship the return within 5 days of receiving the return label. A 10% restocking fee
  will apply to returns received after 5 days.
