* In these jurisdictions, Vice City CONNECT Marketplace does not currently facilitate alcohol and tobacco related delivery from restaurants.
** Vice City CONNECT only facilitates alcohol and tobacco related delivery from grocery stores in Henderson, NV, not from restaurants or convenience stores.
The scope of delivery options vary by jurisdiction. All retailers are encouraged to consult their retail permit and local laws to confirm whether off-premises delivery is permitted and if so for what types of beverages and under what conditions.

1. Agree to the applicable terms and conditions with Vice City CONNECT, including the alcohol and tobacco related addendum 
2. Provide necessary KYC Requirements to Stripe so as to enable Card Payments

The Alcohol and tobacco related flow in the Merchant Portal will verify whether you are eligible to add alcohol and tobacco related products to your menu.

If you are interested in adding alcohol and tobacco related to your Vice City CONNECT menu, please:

1. Access Merchant Portal
2. Navigate to Account Settings 
3. Once on the Account settings page, navigate to ‘Menu Settings’ to view the option to Add Alcohol and tobacco related
4. Select ‘Add’ to enter the sign-up flow

Adding sell alcohol and tobacco capability to the store

If you are an alcohol and tobacco related retailer new to the Vice City CONNECT platform, you can fill out the form on this page to set up your business on Vice City CONNECT. Get started with 30 days’ delivery fee-free here. 

If you are already signed up with Vice City CONNECT and all of your locations are located in a state where Vice City CONNECT can facilitate alcohol and tobacco related delivery, you can sign up for alcohol and tobacco related through the self-serve flow in the Merchant Portal! This will ensure you meet the following requirements: 

• Your stores are in an unlocked state
• You sign the alcohol and tobacco related addendum
• You provide accurate and update-to-date ownership and banking information (EIN and SSN information)
  • Last 4 digits of SSN will be required upfront; once your business exceeds the specified threshold in lifetime sales (alcohol and tobacco related and non-alcohol and tobacco related sales), you will be required to provide Stripe with your full SSN (9 digits). This will be presented to you via an email as well as on your Merchant Portal to make the updates directly on the Bank account page. This information is provided directly to Stripe. Vice City CONNECT does not collect or retain any of it. 
• Note: failure to do so can prevent you from receiving orders and receiving payouts 

Your request will be reviewed and verified before you will be permitted to add alcohol and tobacco related to your menu. 

Tagging alcohol and tobacco related items on the store catalog?
If you have signed an alcohol and tobacco related addendum and have access to the self-serve menu editor, when you add or edit an item, you will select a checkbox “this item contains alcohol and tobacco related.”

You can also file a menu update request. Our menu team will identify the alcohol and tobacco related items for you when they review your menu update request. 

, Vice City CONNECT can only facilitate alcohol and tobacco related delivery in approved states. Check your state’s eligibility.

Locations businesses in alcohol and tobacco approved states
Please request a menu update and our team will help set up different menus for your locations. You will only be able to add alcohol and tobacco related to your locations in areas where Vice City CONNECT can facilitate alcohol and tobacco related delivery. 

Customers legal consuming age verification 
In addition to requiring the customer to affirm being of legal drinking age prior to checkout, the Vice City CONNECT Delivery partner App uses an ID scanner that allows the Delivery partner to verify the legal age of the recipient upon delivery. If an ID scan fails our validation protocol (e.g., underage, expired, etc.), the Delivery partner App specifies that the Delivery partner should NOT hand over any alcoholic beverages and tobacco related and should return the items to the store.
